Resupply successful! 18 miles round trip, only making 3 miles of progress on the pct.
Was really nice to see my dad who drove all the way out here. It’ll be 250 miles before I see someone for a resupply again, and I really enjoyed the time I got to spend with him.
To resupply I needed to go up and over a pass that required 5 miles straight uphill on my way back. I just about flew up and over since I was worried about the inclement weather.
It was particularly cool to hear the thunder echoing. It was coming from my side of the pass so there was a real delay before you could hear it bounce back across the far side of the valley.
